It is an upcoming sector in Greater Noida, situated along the Noida-Greater Noida Link Road. The sector is adjacent to Eta I, Theta II, Zeta I & II, and Knowledge Park IV. The main arterial road connecting Eta II with other areas is Noida-Greater Noida Link Road.
