Sector 78, which is situated in Eastern Noida, is a component of Noida Master Plan 2031's fast-growing residential real estate centre sectors 74 to 79. The area is beautifully designed, has lots of greenery in the form of parks and playgrounds, and consists primarily of new housing developments.
