Neighborhood Description

Sector 93, the city's growth corridor for both residential and commercial development, is strategically situated next to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. Adjoining neighbourhoods are sector 93A, 93B, 108, 92, 82 and 110. The Noida Sector 83 Metro Station on the Noida Metro's Aqua Line, only 2.4 kms away, is the nearest metro station and provides service to this location. An ISBT (Inter State Bus Terminus) has become operational recently (in October 2022) just at a distance of 2.5 kms. As a major infrastructure boost, a double decker expressway has been proposed and cleared recently. This would be the first double decker expressway in the country.
