Sector 100 is a modest residential community with plenty of greenery in the form of designated green belts and parks, and it is conveniently situated in close vicinity to the Noida Expressway. People that work in multiple business parks located in Noida Phase 2, NSEZ, Sector 18, Sector 16, and several commercial sectors along Noida Expressway are the main drivers of this sector's residential demand. Two notable apartment developments in the area are Lotus Boulevard and Lotus Boulevard Espacia both by 3C, as well as Century Apartments, an MIG housing organisation. Neighbourhoods in the vicinity are sector 107, sector 104, sector 105, sector 97, 98, 99, 46 and 47.
The
sector is situated on the eight-lane Vishwakarma Road, which connects it to
Sector 62 and NH24 on one end and the Noida Expressway on the other. It takes
around an hour to go 32 kilometres to the Indira Gandhi International Airport.
The distance to Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station is 17 kilometres, and it
takes around 40 minutes to get there.
To meet residents' daily requirements, the residential societies in this area each have a retail market. Sector 104 retail market, which can be found across the street, provides almost all for the area. A solid mixture of retail stores and eateries make up the Sector 104 market, which has grown over the last three to four years. Opposite sector 100, a high street market has emerged in sector 104. It has Starling Mall and a lots of stand-alone restaurants and shops for day to day products. The neighborhood is also close to a number of well-known shopping centers including Sector 18, DLF Mall of India, The Great India Place, Gardens Galleria Mall and The Wave mall lies within the range of 7-10 kms and can be reached in around 15 minutes from the area.
One of the most renowned school – Pathways School is in the sector. The main Noida commercial centre, including Sectors 18 and 62 along the Noida Expressway, is only 20 to 25 minutes away. The Advant Navis Business Park (8.2 Kms), Unitech Infospace(6.1 Kms) and Tech Boulevard(4.9 Kms) are important local business/IT parks. Wipro, CPA Global, Oracle, HCL Technologies, Samsung India Electronics, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, Birlasoft, and Adobe Systems are some of the names present in this park.
