& Properties Ltd. (EIPL) has been in the front line of real estate in North
India since 2000. EIPL was earlier known as Eldeco Housing and Industries
Limited which was incorporated in 1975. The company was founded by S.K. Garg in
Agra with first real estate operations being undertaken in Agra and other
cities of UP.
Eldeco has

Eldeco had a Public Private Partnership with Lucknow Development Authority
which was one of the few instances of PPP in India. This PPP was entered into for
