About the Parent company

The foundation of the group was laid by Mr. Jaiprakash Gaur in 1958 with a contractual project in Kota. With the Jaiprakash Associates Private Limited company getting registered in 1979, the group over a period of time diversified in various sectors including Engineering & Construction, Cement, Power, Real Estate, Expressways, Fertilizer, Hospitality, Healthcare, Sports, Information Technology and Education (not-for-profit).

Sector 128, Noida

Located along the Noida Expressway, Sector 128 is a sprawling sector with designated green belt and a big public park. The sector is well-known for its popular township project namely Jaypee Wish Town comprising multiple apartment towers with excellent amenities. The township is beautifully adorned with a golf course which adds to the overall attractiveness of this sector. Noida Expressway and Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Marg, are the two principal roads for connectivity. These roads easily connect the sector with other areas in Noida, Greater Noida and Delhi.
