Sector 143 A and B, Noida

Sector 143 is an upcoming residential area on the Noida- Greater Noida Expressway. Being right on the expressway, this neighbourhood has excellent connectivity to the Mahamaya Flyover, Pari Chowk, and other significant areas in Noida and Greater Noida. Other neighbourhoods closer to Sector 143 are Sectors 141, 142, 144, 137, 167, 166, 168, and 135. Sector 143 is close to several business buildings and IT parks, which has given a boost to local housing demand. Numerous high-rise residential projects, both finished and under construction, can be found in this area. These include Gulshan Ikebana, SKA Orion and Aakriti Shantiniketan.


The Noida Expressway and its service road make it possible to travel quickly and continuously between different parts of Noida and Greater Noida. The sector has its own metro station by the same name. Noida Sector 51 Metro station and Depot station in Greater Noida are conveniently connected by Sector 143 metro station on the Aqua Line.
