Project Description

ATS One Hamlet is located in Sector 104, Noida. This residential project is built over a sprawling area of 15 acres with 70% of open green area.

Woodwork in kitchen cabinets will be in commercial ply board with appropriate finish.

The doors and windows come in following specification: Flush doors with spirit polish/ enamel paint, aluminium powder coated hardware fittings and locks of golden/ secure or equivalent make, door frames and window panels of champ/ kail/ sal/ assam teak wood, powder coated aluminium sections/UPVC, windows to have aluminium powder coated handles and Tbolts. GI pipes will be used in plumbing and will be painted with anticorrosion paint prior to use. Parryware/ Hindustan/ Cera or equivalent wash basins and water closet of appropriate shades. All taps and fittings to be chrome plated Jaguar/ Parko/ Driplex or equivalent make. The electrical fitting will be done as follows: copper wiring to be as per IS code Anchor or equivalent modular switches with switch plates, circuits to have MCB of approved make, TV, telephone points will be provided in drawing, dining and all bedrooms. Underground water tanks with pump house and tube wells for uninterrupted supply of water will be installed.

The location of the project provides great connectivity to important institutional and commercial establishments nearby. Immediate proximity to Noida Greater Noida expressway serves as a boon to the project and connects the project directly to Delhi on one side & Greater Noida on the other.

The project has 1026 residential units spread across 12 towers. The configurations of residential units which are available in this project are 3bhk and 4bhk apartments along with penthouses. 3 BHK consists of 1636 sq. ft. and 2000 sq. ft. while the 4 BHK consists of 2900 sq. ft. Sector 104 is mostly earmarked for recreational green uses according to the Noida Master Plan 2031. However, a portion of the sector also consists of residential constructions, such as the well-known apartment complex of ATS One Hamlet and private residences in the sector. Since Sector 104 primarily belongs to the Noida Expressway micro-market, it enjoys convenient access to the roads. 

Other residential communities in Sectors 107, 100, 110, 105, and 108 surround it. Sector 104 and Noida Expressway are conveniently connected by Vishwakarma Road and a number of other sector roads.
